I finally found the entire 13 episodes of Bill & Ted that were on romp.com. Romp.com shut down and moved it's content to Icebox if I remember correctly. Icebox has since shut down and I couldn't find any archives of these. That is, until I ran across this guy's page, who coincidentally enough is a GameSurge fan. Anyway, thanks for the episodes whoever you are!
